Our large house offers the perfect retreat for families & small groups seeking a memorable getaway. Nestled on 2 beautiful acres on a peaceful and charming property. You'll love the outdoor built-in firepit. Very private, yet close to great shopping, restaurants, farms, and more, plus it's only an 1.5 hours from NYC. The space A long private driveway ascends to Salem House, surrounded by nature, providing the privacy and serenity required for a wonderful getaway. This modern home is an impressive 2,500 sq. ft., which includes 5 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, 1 living room, a long dining room table with seating for 8. The Master bedroom has an en-suite bath. Please note that we are limited to 10 overnight guests. *Please note the 5th bedroom is a lofted space. You can fit 10 guests without this space. * There (2) outdoor dining areas, as well as (2) BBQ grills. One located on the deck, the other located near the fire pit. Gather your group on the teakwood deck, with dining table. Serve up a fresh farm-to-table lunch of produce from the local farmers market. Salem house is in a very central location as is a great place to enjoy a glass of wine from local Vineyards, which are about 15 minutes away. After a day of Hudson Valley sightseeing, gather your group for s’mores and cocktails around the firepit. Guest access You'll have access to ample driveway parking space. The kitchen features finely-crafted, hardwood cabinets, marble countertops, stainless steel appliances including a fridge/freezer combo with ice-maker, dishwasher, microwave and gas-range. A large dining table just off the kitchen that seats 8 guests is the ideal spot for group meals. Make memories with loved ones by the fireplace in the living room. With 4 comfy bedrooms & a loft ( 5th bedroom) , you'll have plenty of space to spread out. The main bedroom has an attached bathroom and a walk in closet. The 2-acre property will be all yours, except you won't have access to the garage and a few other storage areas. Other things to note This house is set up for small family groups and it is not suitable for rowdy parties. Outside guests are not allowed without prior approval. Unauthorized use of the home may result in immediate removal without a refund and guests will be held liable for any damage. Please bring firewood if you plan to use the fire pit, or purchase it at Shoprite or Lowe’s. (Only 15 minutes away)
