The Black Warrior Spot is in a prime location next to the main road into town. This is my second home and it's well kept for this main reason with a feeling of home for a nice rest and relax time to continue your journey. Walking distance to the market and local stores. Private home with gated parking very secure. Laundry mat across the street. This is a windy, dusty and humid city we try our best to have it clean from dust. Pets welcomed for an additional cleaning fee. The space 2 bedrooms. 1 bedroom with king size bed and 2 queen size beds. 2 smart tv's. Private gated entrance for a full size truck and extra space. There is 2 security cameras one in the front and one in the back. No cameras inside the home. There is a security alarm system that is off when in use. Pets welcomed for an additional cleaning fee. We are a block away from the main road and the supermarket "La Ley". It has a dedicated work space with great WIFI. It has a fully equipped and efficient kitchen with all needed appliances. This is a brand new property and the address was subdivided from main home so it is not on Google maps. Self check in to enter premises. Instructions provided a day before arrival. There is Whale watching tours, nature tours, MBT tours and so much more. Guest access Guest has access to the whole house. Other things to note The entrance to driveway is 8ft5in tall for clearance and fits 2 medium size vehicles in driveway. Very safe to park outside. This home has an automatic boiler that for you to obtain hot water you must turn on the switch ON, the bathroom has a switch labeled for the boiler. Instruction provided when you book. If you have pets you will be charged an additional pet cleaning fee we ask that you respect my home and always keep up after your pets there is extra cleaning supplies like lint rollers and please no pets allowed on beds. There will be an additional charge from current pet fee if you don’t respect the pet rules.
