Specially designed to offer a relaxing and comfortable stay for your whole family, including your toddlers! The location of the house is simply ideal, it is 50 meters from a pharmacy, bakery, pizzeria, tobacco shop and supermarket, you can easily walk to the coast and enjoy the pleasures of the sea. The space Nestled in the heart of Carqueiranne and its beautiful coastline, this overlooked house is the perfect embodiment of seaside life. Just steps from the beach and bustling harbor, it offers easy access to all local amenities while being a haven of peace. As soon as you arrive at the house, you will be greeted by a green garden and a wooden terrace, shaded by a pergola. You can enjoy garden furniture and 2 sun loungers as well as a round table for meals, not to mention a jacuzzi for a moment of absolute relaxation. The place is great for outdoor games, coffee in the morning, or alfresco dinner at sunset. Walking in you discover a warm interior. The living room, adjacent to the kitchen, is a real cocoon of comfort and conviviality. Its welcoming atmosphere and neat decor make it an ideal space to relax. Linens and pillows are provided to ensure peaceful nights. The second bedroom: Larger and offers extra space to relax. You will enjoy the adjoining enclosed terrace, perfect for enjoying a moment of tranquility while taking in the view of the garden. An ideal refuge for a quiet reading. You will also have a modern main bathroom, equipped with a shower and sink. Towels are also available. On the ground floor: A small bathroom and extra toilet for added convenience, especially for large families or groups of friends.
