The auxiliary accommodation and plumbing has been certified by the Scenic Rim Regional Council and meets all the requirements for a habitable dwelling. The accommodation has its own essential services, such as electricity, water and gas supply. Guest access Guests are able to drive from the property entry all the way to the accommodation dwelling. You will encounter one or possibly two vehicular gates which if closed, will require shutting after driving through. The accommodation dwelling is contained within its own fenced area. You will more than likely see a number of cattle in the adjoining paddocks, as well as wildlife such as Kangaroos. Other things to note This accommodation has strictly a “no smoking” policy.
