Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. The home is situated down a private road within a small quiet community at the gateway to Riversdale Beach. The perfect place to stay if you want to escape the hustle and bustle. The space The house is fresh and light with a single level indoor/outdoor flow. The rooms consist of an open-plan kitchen, dining and living room and a 4 bedrooms (1x master with queen bed and ensuite; 2x bedrooms with queen bed; 1x bedroom with single bed and pull-out trundler bed). The lounge opens onto a large sunny outdoor patio area including an undercover dining suite and gas bbq. There is a large grassed lawn which is great for most outdoor games/activities or you can find a nice quiet spot to relax under the olive trees and watch the wildlife going about their day. Guest access The guests have access to the entire house with the exception of the room at the end of the hallway and garage. Other things to note Houses in Riversdale rely on collecting rain water to fill their tanks. In summer months please conserve water, this means short showers, limited flushing and restricted use of outside taps. All water is sourced from the tank, it is untreated and there is filtered water available in the kitchen, most people are happy to drink our water. However, if this concerns you feel free to bring your own bottled water. There is a creek at the rear of the property making our property not suitable for infants/young children.
