The space Why do you want to stay at our place? - Convenient location - easy to get to the Don Valley Parkway or the Gardiner Expressway to access the remainder of the city. Downtown core is a 15 minute drive, Pearson Airport is only a 30 minute drive (regular traffic). - 2 private parking spots large enough to accommodate vans and mini vans - Complete privacy: Guests have the whole house for themselves - Three bedrooms and one with a large crib, great for parents traveling with kids. The playroom filled with toys and books can entertain young children all day - Fully furnished and thoughtfully decorated apartment that has everything you need for a perfect stay. Whether you are traveling, relocating or on a business trip, this is simply your home away from home! - In the summer, a leisurely 20 minute walk will bring you to Woodbine Beach, one of the city’s top summer destinations, where you can swim, play beach volleyball and chill. Entire house is yours. Guests can access all rooms in the house except for the storage room and the basement (it's an empty basement). All items in the space are for you to use, including books, games, and items in the fridge. Other things to note 1. Bedroom with crib and bedroom with twin beds are connected. You need to walk through the twin bedroom to get to crib bedroom. 2. When you arrive, the unit is stocked with essentials - toilet paper, paper towels, soap etc. If you run out of these items, please replace them yourself. You do not need to restock these items when you leave, but they will not be replenished during your stay.
