Sunset Cliff Escape is on an acre of land on the north east shores of Lake Buchanan providing incredible views through high glass windows. A spacious deck with outdoor lounging and dining is nestled in the tree tops affording memorable sunset views and night time star gazing! Enjoy hours of water activities off the dock too! The space Escape down the hill along a stone step path through the oaks and cedars to enjoy lake access to soak in the sun, swim, fish and kayak off the dock! Guest access Entire main floor of house, deck, dock, kayaks. Use at your own risk and bring your own life jackets. There are a few life jackets of varying sizes but not guaranteed to have your specific size in the dock storage closet. The dock has space to tie off your own boat. You’ll need to bring your own dock lines & fenders. Other things to note -House is on well water with whole house filtration system. -Wearing skid resistance shoes while out on the property, on dock and in the water is highly recommended. -Please respect the critters and insects outside in God's creation but if you see them in the house, please let me know. -With the west facing orientation in the heat of the summer when temperatures can exceed 100 degrees, keep doors, windows and roller shades closed for best HVAC efficiency.
