Guest access The entire Carriage House is a private space featuring open floor plan with bedroom area, living area with TV, kitchen and dining area. There is also a full enclosed bathroom with tub/shower combo. Sliders open to a deck. There is off street parking in the rear at the base of the steps up to the Carriage House. It is located behind the Bay Breeze Inn II and is a separate rental unit.
