Our very comfy and well designed Flat is located in a newly finished property made up to high standards. This Studio is located on the first upper floor with no elevator, pls. Property itself is located in very quite are, on the beginning of Spindleruv Mlyn. Is a very attractive part valued by the locals still connected to city centre. It is just a 30 metres walk away from the Cablecar and Ski Slope Labska as well as a few steps away from the Labska Lake. The space This Flat is considered as a Studio. On the landscape of 35m2 we managed to fit a sleeping area, living room and dinning area with fully equipped kitchen. The Bedroom has a large size double bed and there is a foldable sofabed in the Livingroom. Whole place is available up to for 4 people (honestly recommended 3adults or 2adults + 2kids). Well and uniquely designed place is equipped by KARE furniture. Whole heated wooden floor with large and well isolated windows will allow you to enjoy piece and nice view to soul relaxing nature and landscape sceneries. Our modern wooden Kitchen includes fridge, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, induction hob, owen, kettle and Nespresso coffee machine, etc...). and all you need for your food preparations. The Bathroom is large and modern with the Bath Tube is ready to maximise your relaxing time. Entrance hallway with a large mirror for you to see how beautiful you are leaving out to your adventures, as well as the wardrobe with the private Safe will maximize your storage needs. As the part of this Flat, there is a basement storage for you to deposit summer or winter sports equipment, and of course, there is a private parking spot ready for you right next to our apartments building. Guest access Your arrival by car is expected and available right next to our property where you can find your private parking spot.
