Please respect the surrounding neighbors, families, and our other guests/tenants on the property. This is a ZERO TOLERANCE noise policy. → NO SMOKING of any kind is permitted inside the home. If there is any odor of smoke inside the home, you will be charged a $500 smoke odor removal/cleaning fee.. → NO TRESPASSING on neighboring properties. Please stay within our property boundaries and the public side walks to respect our surrounding neighbors and families. This home is in a family-friendly residential neighborhood – neighbors are not to be disturbed, especially during the overnight quiet hours. → Late Check-Out Fees 30 minutes – 1 hour late: $50 1–2 hours late: $100 More than 2 hours late or unauthorized late check-out: 👉 Charged as one additional night → Our place is pet-friendly and we welcome all fluffy guests. There is a $200 per pet fee to cover additional cleaning. → We charge extra $30 per day for every extra guest over 4, which includes infants. You will be billed after your stay if number of guests staying exceeds the number of guests reserved. To prevent this, please simply update the number of guests in your reservation prior to arrival or notify us immediately if you anticipate more guests. NO UNAUTHORIZED GUESTS.
