Beautiful, Airy Newquay Property

Newly furnished and decorated , this lovely property is ideal for 2 couples or a great family holiday. It’s in a fabulous peaceful location yet a few minutes walk from many amenities including the Zoo, Waterpark, Heron Tennis and the new Skate and Trampoline parks. Beautiful beaches with surfing and water sports activities, plus shops and restaurants are an easy walk away. The house is spacious, stylish and modern with a south facing garden to enjoy the Cornish sunshine and relaxing evenings. The space Our space is set up as a holiday home and therefore there are no personal items around; everything in the property is for your use. It is well equipped and you should have everything you need to enjoy your break, including super fast WIFI. The upstairs living area is a large stylish open plan lounge kitchen-diner with the open stairway separating the two. It has french doors and views out into the south facing garden and patio area. There’s a wall mounted 43’’ smart tv with free view and where you can access your Netflix and Amazon Prime amongst other apps. We have put a few games in the cupboard for some extra entertainment. There’s a mix of sofa and armchair seating with ample room for everyone. The kitchen dining area is very spacious with plenty of worktop and cupboard space. It comes equipped with integrated appliances - oven, hob, extractor, fridge, freezer, washing machine and dishwasher. There’s a countertop microwave and In the cupboards and drawers you will find the crockery, cutlery, cooking utensils, pots and pans you need and of course a few extra oven dishes and trays for the keen cooks. The dining table is large and has plenty of comfy seating too . We always leave a few useful extras in the kitchen to make your stay a bit easier and start you off with some tea, coffee and milk. There are 3 bedrooms on the ground floor of which the largest has a king-sized bed with ensuite. ( large shower, sink, toilet and towel radiator), and plenty of inbuilt wardrobe space. The second bedroom is set up as a twin-bedded room (2ft 6 singles) which can also be set up as a king on request. This room has the dedicated workspace and also has inbuilt sliding door wardrobe with mirrored doors. The third room is a comfy single. We use luxury bedding for extra comfort, all of which is professionally cleaned. All bedrooms have wardrobes with hanging space, mirrors and chests of drawers for storage. The main family bathroom has a sink with vanity drawer for toiletries, toilet and bath with a shower over. We provide bath sheets and hand towels for guests to use. For those lazy days and relaxing in the summer evenings the house has a lawned and enclosed south-facing garden with a patio area and outdoor eating and seating space. At the front of the house is parking for two cars on the drive and free on street parking. As this is a quiet area, we do ask all guests to be respectful and considerate of our neighbours when enjoying the outside spaces and to maintain the quiet hours, noting the house rules before booking. Guest access Guests are able to use the entire house and garden privately. Other things to note We can provide a highchair on request. The dedicated work area is in the twin bedded room so is away from the living area. In this room when set up as a king bed the access to the bed is along one side only. Our house is an upside- down house which takes advantage of being able to step out from the living room into the garden . We are semi- detached on a quiet road so although we have neighbours we are not overlooked and the space feels peaceful . Location wise, our space is in a lovely quiet area yet all the fantastic activities that Newquay has to offer are very easily accessible. There are lots of easy walks for families along Wildflower Lane, avoiding the main roads, to get to the play parks and cafes close by as well as lovely walks through to Trenance Gardens, the Boating Lake and the beautiful Gannel estuary. Stunning beaches with sea view cafes and restaurants are just over a 15 minutes walk through the footpaths too or a 5 minute drive away. We are also within easy walking distance of Newquay town centre, through the footpaths and the old Tramtracks, with it's historic town trail, seaside and surf shops, restaurants and pubs. Indoor attractions such as Newquay Waterworld, The Trampoline Park and Heron Tennis Centre are a 10 minutes walk along nearby paths. It's little more than a 5 minute drive to Fistral Beach, the Golf Course and the harbour area and there are plenty of watersport providers for surf lessons, paddle boarding, coasteering and a variety of fishing trips from the Harbour. A handy option if you don’t want to venture into town is the great little selection amenities at Chester Road just a couple of minutes drive or a 15 minute walk away. Here you will find 2 Cafés (The Coffee Bean does lovely breakfasts and lunches), Bakery, Butcher ( which sells good pasties!) Newsagent, Chemist, Bank, Spar, Hairdressers, laundrette, Post Office and a few others too! The chippy is the best in town and the Thai van just along the main road, which opens every evening bar Tuesday for most of the year, does really delicious authentic food.
