Welcome to our modern, alarm-secured, charming and family-friendly 2-bedroom house with a big garden, 5 minutes from the airport. Just renovated, it sleeps up to 6 people. Great for professionals, group of friends or layovers, it's also generously equipped for babies and toddlers. Near bus stop to Aeroville, Roissypole (8 mn), express trains to Paris (RER B), Parc des Expo. Short drive to Disneyland and Parc Asterix The space It's a fully refurbished and renovated house with brand new furniture and appliances and it is at the foot of Charles de Gaulle Airport. It's ideal if you want to go to Disneyland, Parc Asterix and not be too far from Paris and the airport. It's also ideal if you take public transport as it is near the bus stop or if you have/rent a car because there is free off the road parking near the house and, subject to booking, you can have access to FREE PARKING IN PARIS in secure INDIGO car park, just a few steps away from the Champs Elysées and Arc de Triomphe (saving yourself 40 euros per day). The house is in a quiet and quaint village. The village has modern recreation centre with a gym, an ice rink and a swimming pool. It also has a few parks and playgrounds amongst others (all at a walking distance from the house). It's really worth having a short walk around the 16th century church (Eglise Saint Martin) and watch the village-hall (mairie) and the village centre decorations. Some planes can be heard but do not fly over the house, so the sound is much lower than could be expected. A couple of miles away from the house, you will most likely see fathers and sons, or photographers, planespotting. Whether you're in town for a family vacation or a weekend getaway, our family-friendly 2-bedroom house is the perfect choice for a comfortable and memorable stay. The Space: Our cozy house features two bedrooms, each with a desk and office chair with touch or remote operated dimmable night lights in 8 colours to provide a warm and inviting atmosphere. The master bedroom is furnished with a king-sized bed, while the second bedroom is equipped with two twin beds, perfect for the little ones. Ample wardrobe space ensures that you can unpack and settle in for a relaxing stay. The living room is a comfortable gathering space with a large sofa and a comfortable 2-seat sofa, a flat-screen TV, perfect for family movie nights or game evenings. The open-concept layout allows for seamless interaction between the living room, dining area, and the fully equipped kitchen. The kitchen comes complete with modern appliances and all the essentials you need to prepare delicious family meals. Family-Friendly Amenities: As travelling parents to a very little one, we understand the stress (and luggage space and weight) of packing for babies and toddlers. So our house is equipped with a range of amenities to make your stay enjoyable. Location: Our house is conveniently located in a village near the airport and is at an ideal distance to drive to Paris (from 35 minutes), Parc Asterix (from 18 minutes) Disneyland (from 37 minutes), Aeroville shopping mall and its food hall and hundreds of stores (14 minutes) . The village itself is worth a stroll. You'll find at a walking distance 500 year-old beautiful church (Eglise Saint-Martin), the village-hall (mairie) and the village centre decorations and the village art like the amazing wall projections. Additionally, near the house there are parks and there's toddler playground, a gym, swimming pool with sauna and steam room/hammam.
