The home is situated on a secluded hillside overlooking our backyard meadow along the Little Greenhorn Creek. The property sits among tall Fir trees, and is developed with terracing, a large natural stone patio, and a pool deck. Guest access Guests have access to the entire property, with the exception of maintenance and utility areas. Areas not for guest use include the small building across from the driveway patio and the separate room near the hot tub, well house, and utility house. Please do not attempt to use the outdoor shower. Other things to note PERSONAL AMENITIES: We provide a starter kit: towels, shampoo, body wash, hand soap, toilet paper, paper towels & trash can liners. ENTRY: There's a code to open the electric gate to enter the driveway, and another code for the keypad on the front door. A personalized entry code will be provided to you prior to your stay. OUTDOOR SPACE: The outdoor space includes a 4-person hot tub, a 2-person infrared (electric) sauna, a gas fire pit, gas BBQ, wraparound deck with outdoor dining table with chairs, stone patio, and more! PARKING: There are 2 private gravel parking areas that can accommodate up to 4 vehicles. The is no suitable turnaround area for an RV, bus, or tractor-trailer. THE DRIVE: During the winter months we often see transient snow accumulation at 2,400 ft elevation. The drive is hilly once off the interstate, and AWD/4WD is necessary when roads are icy or over snow. INTERNET: Wifi signal is accessible from anywhere inside the home. Wifi is rural and has a typical max download speed of 12Mbps. This is generally adequate for HD movie streaming on one device, but you may experience service slow-downs or interruptions due to weather or time of day usage peaks. The home is also within ATT and Verizon data range with 1-2 bars of service. BEDROOMS: ✦ Bedroom 1: Main floor - Main floor- King bed, full closet, outdoor access to wraparound deck, and views of the backyard from the window ✦ Bedroom 2: Main floor- 1 Full bed with bay window facing backyard ✦ Bedroom 3: Bottom floor- Queen bed, window facing backyard, small closet, bathroom ✦ Bedroom 4: Bottom floor - Twin XL bed with desk and window facing backyard BATHROOMS: ✦ Bathroom 1: Main floor - Dual vanity with large bathtub/shower combo and toilet with bidet ✦ Bathroom 2: Bottom floor - Shower stall with pedestal sink. Bathroom located in Bedroom 3 KITCHEN: Equipped with standard appliances: refrigerator, electric oven, induction stove, microwave, coffee maker, electric kettle, crockpot and typical kitchen accessories; Pots/Pans/Plates/Cups/Utensils IMPORTANT NOTES for HOT TUB and POOL: To help us maintain a clean and enjoyable spa experience for all guests, please shower with soap before using the hot tub. This removes sweat, dirt, skin products, and sunscreen. In rare cases where an extra drain and refill is needed after your stay due to unhygienic use, a charge will be applied to cover the cost of this additional service. We appreciate your consideration in keeping the amenities pleasant for everyone. The pool deck enjoys full sunlight from midday through early afternoon and is shaded by tall Fir trees. While the pool is cleaned and maintained weekly, debris like pine needles may accumulate daily. For your convenience, a skimmer net is provided for use during your stay.
