This room has a wide private bathroom, one double and one single bed. It is separated from the main house where the owner and their pets live. The rooms are independent and they are spread in our park in the middle of the trees. It has an air conditioning and heating. Wi-Fi's signal comes perfectly to have Internet without any fee. There is a wonderful view towards our land. The kitchen is common for all our guests and it is available at any moment. In the morning the birds can be listened and the place is very calm, ideal to sleep and to rest after a long day in the Falls. If you are lucky you will see a blue parrot or small toucans. We offer a very complete breakfast, pudding prepared in house, black and white toasts. To drink an exquisite fresh juice of orange, coffee, milk, chocolate or tea. Variety of jams, our famous "dulce de leche" and honey. We also propose cheese, salami and ham. Taking in account all the tastes, we also offer fried or mixed eggs. We have more or less 120 native trees, the land is big so our customers can profit to find a nice corner to read a book or be alone. Our neighborhood in spite of being inside the city, seems as if it was a rural zone. It is the last one, where the surfaces are big and there are many trees and birds. We are the last piece of green of the city. We are about 10 minutes of the downtown. There are different means of transport to go to the center or to the parks. To go to the Argentine Park, we have to only 10 minutes by foot of the house the direct bus. We have the bus of the neighborhood that goes to the center, the stop is about 100 meters from the house. We work with the agencies of taxi of the neighborhood for what the prices are lower that the offered ones for the Travel Agencies. We always look for the best commitment between price and quality for our guests, taking care of the security of our customers. We propose a menu for the dinner, only we ask the clients to warn us in the morning, only we use fresh products. The price is very accessible, consists of an entry, principal plate and dessert. If it is the season we do a nice guacamole of entry, using our own avocados and lemons.
