Our home is located in a typical Parisian Haussmann building with a ceiling height of 3 m and high windows that give it a beautiful brightness. You will enjoy an unobstructed view of Place de la République (and Sacré Cœur). The space ---- Our accommodation The apartment includes: - 1 living room with 1 TV, 1 sofa bed (double); - 1 workspace in the living room; - 1 large balcony; - 1 equipped open kitchen; - 1 dining area with 1 dining table and chairs; - 1 piano; - 1 bedroom with 1 double bed; - 1 bedroom with 2 single beds; - 1 bedroom with 1 single bed; - 1 bathroom with 1 bathtub, 1 shower, 1 sink, 1 toilet and 1 washing machine; - 1 separate toilet with 1 sink. ---- The neighborhood A few steps from the Canal Saint-Martin and the trendy Belleville neighborhood, the République neighborhood is much more than a well-connected metro station. It is a favorite place for Parisians. Whether you're looking for a drink, a museum or a night at the theater, you won't have to walk far to find something fantastic. The central square of the Republic is not only a local cultural center, it is also an important meeting point, there is always something happening around the beautiful statue of the Republic! After taking the time to admire it, dive into this lively Parisian neighborhood to discover its many secrets. Guest access As a guest you will have access to the whole apartment (except for the private closets). Other things to note We love our apartment and want to make it available to respectful guests while we're away. Check-in/checkout times: Check-in is at 4pm and checkout is at 11am. Not leaving the apartment at the scheduled time affects our organization and the check-in of the following guests. Without prior communication, a fee of €60/h will be requested beyond the standard check-out time. Early check-in / late check-in / late check-out: It is possible to access the accommodation earlier to drop off your luggage (from 12 noon) or to leave your luggage during the intervention of the cleaning team. Please request it when you book. We can also consider an early check-in or late check-out, depending on the checkout or check-in time of the next guest. An additional price will be requested depending on the desired check-out or check-in time. Finally, in case of arrival after the opening hours of the partner merchant for the collection of keys, a supplement will be requested. Accessibility: The apartment is not suitable for people with reduced mobility. Cancellation / modification of stay dates: We cannot cancel your reservation for you or change the dates of your stay.
