The cool mountain climate and natural airflow typically maintain comfortable interior temperatures during the summer months. Fans are provided for additional airflow. The Aspens is a charming residential community located between the Town of Jackson and Teton Village. Its central location provides convenient access to Grand Teton National Park as well as Jackson Hole Mountain Resort. At the entrance to the Aspens neighborhood, guests will find a market, wine shop, coffee shop, and several dining options within walking distance. Public transportation is available from the Aspens to both the Town of Jackson and Teton Village (fare required). Amenities & Access - Two-level private home with interior stairs - One-car garage available for guest use - Additional parking available in the driveway and overflow parking area - Outdoor deck with dining space - In-home washer and dryer Important Policies - Exterior video monitoring may be present at building entrances or exterior common areas - Motorcycles, trailers, and RVs are not permitted in the Aspens - Pets are not permitted in short-term rental properties. Service animals are allowed with prior notification and required documentation - Wyoming does not recognize Emotional Support Animals (ESAs) as service animals; property owners are not required to accept ESA documentation - Long-term rentals (30+ nights) require a lease agreement, security deposit, and homeowner approval Guest access Guests have full use of the entire property with exception of marked locked owner storage. Any limitations to exterior space access will be posted in the digital house book. Please do not leave or store any food, food containers or coolers outside and maintain closed doors and garage doors (if applicable) at all times.
