Stay by the sea with a private jetty

Newly-built cottage right by the sea with a large jetty and a private berth. The dock is made for you to enjoy all day, as there are sun loungers, swimming ladder, outdoor furniture and barbecue. Within walking distance, you can rent kayaks, paddle tennis courts and a spa. The cottage has an open living room and kitchen with stunning views of the sea. Toilet with shower and washing machine. Upstairs, there are 3 bedrooms. One with a double bed and a private balcony, one with 2 single beds that can be put together and one with a 120 cm bed. Other things to note Sheets and towels are not included but can be rented. Cleaning is done by the guest before departure unless otherwise agreed. Sjöstugan is located about 1 km from Hälleviksstrand on western Orust, close to Hotell Strana where there are music evenings with good food, among other things. There is also pizzeria Bassotto with its fantastic wood-fired pizzas and newly built Strana spa that is worth booking. Strana is constantly evolving and more lakeside cottages are currently being built in the area. If you wish to bring your own boat, there is a launching ramp nearby. The nature around is magical, whether you want to take a boat trip to a small island for the day or bring some picnic and take a walk on a hiking trail. Nearby you have cozy old fishing community Mollösund with several restaurants but also the car-free islands Gullholmen and Käringön.
