Cozy Basement in Heart of Paonia

You will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located cozy basement. Two blocks to Grand Ave where you'll have everything a rural town has to offer at your fingertips. One bedroom with a king-sized bed. Couch in living room has a hideaway queen-sized bed. Kitchenette has small appliances and induction cooktops but no stove. I live upstairs with two children who are home half of the week. I will make sure they are respectful and conscientious but there may be noise. The space Private entrance to the basement apartment that has a comfortable living room, bedroom with a king-sized memory foam bed, a locking door and a spacious bathroom (which is only accessible through the bedroom). The couch has a hideaway bed that can sleep 2 people and the chaise has room for a child. I have comfortable memory foam blow-up mattresses in case anyone doesn't want to share a bed and you need more accommodations. Smart TV. Kitchenette. Bathtub. Small desk to work at. Guest access The basement apartment is your humble abode and there is a private entrance via the exterior stairwell. Note there is a light-switch at the top of the stairs outside as well as a light-switch inside by the front door that will light up the stairwell if you need it. Being a dark-sky community, it's nice if you can turn it off while you're not using it. Other things to note I use natural products when cleaning the bedding and space. I don't use dryer sheets. There is a spout at the kitchenette sink for filtered drinking water. I allow dogs but ask that you put down pet sheets that are provided on the furniture and wipe paws that might be dirty. Everything you need is inside the bench seat at the front door. There is an alarm clock for you to use that also functions as a white noise machine.
