Tiny House is everything you want & expect out of your budget friendly dream Caribbean vacation. The apt features an oceanview & is only a 12-minute walk away from the beach, and a 6 minute car ride away from great food & night life of st Lawrence gap in one direction and oistins in the other. It contains an open air patio w/ kitchenette + dining & then a bedroom w/ AC, fan, TV & full bathroom. There is WiFi through out and shared access to pool & decks The space The property offers a communal pool with kids water slide, easy walking access to white sand beaches and night life. Guests have use of all public amenities on site which include the pool, BBQ grill and decks. Everything within the space and all listed amenities are available to you, please make yourself comfortable! Other things to note IMPORTANT PROPERTY LIMITATIONS – PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING 1- Building, Stairs & Accessibility Paradise Point is a 5-storey cliffside property on Maxwell Hill. While it offers ocean views, it includes many stairs. The Tiny House is on Level 2, requiring three flights down from the top entrance and two flights up from the bottom entrance. This property is not suitable for guests with mobility issues. 2- Budget Accommodation & Furnishings This is a low-budget, value accommodation, not a luxury stay. Furnishings, linens, towels, mattresses, kitchen items, and appliances are functional but inexpensive. Beds may squeak with movement. Window AC units cool the space but are not quiet. AC drainage may occasionally cause water in stairwells. The unit includes only a small mini fridge. 3- Unit Size & Open-Air Layout This unit is very small. The kitchen/dining area is an open-air patio, not an enclosed room. It has window bars only (no glass windows) and no air conditioning. Only the bedroom and bathroom are enclosed and air-conditioned. During heavy rain, the Tiny House window may leak. 4- Air Conditioning & Utilities We use wall-mounted window AC units in enclosed spaces only. Units are not pre-cooled and should be operated only when guests are present, with doors closed. The bedroom AC cannot cool the open-air patio. Hot water is solar powered and may be lukewarm during cloudy or rainy weather. Island-wide utility outages can occur, especially during hurricane season. The property has no backup generators or water tanks. 5- Noise & Renovations Interior renovations may be ongoing on Level 5. Some noise may be experienced Monday–Friday, 10:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m. 6- Pool, Cabana & Lighting The pool and cabana are shared spaces and may be reserved for private events, during which they will be closed to guests. Outside of events, the pool is open 24/7. The pool does not have interior pool lights. Only the cabana lights are available at night. 7- Visitors & Shared Spaces Your booking includes access for registered guests plus two complimentary visitors. Additional visitors or private rentals of the cabana or rooftop are available based on availability and fees. 8- Linens, Towels & Laundry We provide bed sheets and bath towels only. Beach or pool towels and blankets are not provided. Towels are quick-dry and budget grade. Laundry facilities are available at your own risk. 9- Connectivity & Entertainment There are no landlines. Guests should plan for mobile service, roaming, or Wi-Fi messaging apps. We do not provide Netflix, guests are free to log into their own Netflix. 10- Self-Service Property This is a self-check-in, self-service property. We do not offer concierge services, bell staff, daily housekeeping, or a front desk. Maintenance and housekeeping are available Monday–Friday, 9:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. Weekends are emergency-only. 11- Getting Around Barbados has limited sidewalks that are not stroller or wheelchair friendly. Renting a car is strongly recommended. 12- Tropical Environment & Wear As a tropical property, you may encounter insects, frogs, lizards, birds, and occasional monkeys, as well as our rescue cat, Ginger. Fixtures, furniture, and outdoor items may show rust, mildew, or general wear due to climate and use. Some closets may have visible ceiling access panels for plumbing. 13- Kitchen & Gas Appliances The stove runs on bottled gas. Staff can assist with tank changes during weekday hours. After hours, guests may access spare tanks using provided instructions. Some stoves require manual ignition with a lighter or match. Sugar, tea, and coffee are not provided due to local health regulations. 14- Smoking Policy This is not a smoke-free property. Smoking is permitted outdoors only. Smoking inside apartments or enclosed spaces is strictly prohibited.
