Ysgubor Fach (At Tal y Braich)

Ysgubor Fach (Little Barn) is a newly constructed barn conversion lying on the outskirts of Newborough. It is joined to Ysgubor Fawr (Big Barn) which is also a self contained one bedroom holiday let and is situated on the grounds of Tal y Braich farmhouse. It is set in two acres of grounds with magnificent open views towards the Menai straights and the Snowdonia Mountain range. Ynys Llanddwyn & Newborough forest are a short distance away. The property is equipped with solar panels and an air source heat pump with underfloor heating, ensuring a comfortable and eco-friendly stay for guests. Guest access The patio immediately adjacent to the property and a further patio area with sun loungers in 'The Cwt Mochyn'. You are welcome to use the field. The lawn and garden are regularly maintained. There may be grass cutting being carried out during your stay. General maintenance may occur during your stay however we will endeavour to keep this to a minimum. Other things to note Please note that we don’t accept bookings on behalf of third parties. For insurance purposes and health and safety we need to know who is staying at the property. This is in line with Air BnB policy. We do not accept bookings for babies over 1 years old as the barn has not been adapted for children. A cot and high chair are not supplied however you are welcome to bring your own. If you are bringing bicycles, we would ask you to store them in an uncovered, lockable bike store. Due to the size of the barn, we do not allow bicycles to be stored inside of the barn. Please consider this when booking. Dogs We welcome one well behaved dog. Please ensure that your pooch does not go on the soft furnishings and that all traces of dog hair is removed and that you scoop any poop from the garden on departure. You are welcome to use the field to exercise your dog, but please be mindful that the ground is uneven. The field is fenced, however please be aware that there are alpacas in the neighbouring fields. There is a dog towel/blanket and spare doggy bags provided for your use during your stay. Dogs should not be left in the property unsupervised as this can result in considerable damage to the property and distress to the dog. For the comfort of future guests, please ensure that your dog’s flea treatment is up to date and relevant injections should have been addressed also. Please bring your dog bedding and any necessary feeding equipment.
