The house is the left hand side of a larger property. You will have your own front door so you can come and go as you please. It is a wonderful relaxing space with great five star reviews offering a blissful retreat just moments from the bustling city of Cambridge. There may be guests staying next door who share the grass area. The patio and swim spa are private and exclusively for your own use. Guest access You will have exclusive use of the entire apartment. With a smartlock fitted to the front door, you can come and go as you please. There is plenty of free parking directly outside the property. There is an extra charge for early check-in or late checkout. Other things to note FAQ’s: - How is the wifi? The apartment is in a rural area so I have Starlink internet which is excellent and regularly has speeds of 250 - 350Mbps. - Is it a house or flat? The apartment is the left hand side of a large detached house with a stunning view over farmland. - And privacy? The house has residents who live in another part of the house. You may hear footsteps or a faint door noise. The patio is completely private, shielded on one side by a tall fence. The grass area of the garden is shared by guests staying next door - I can put up a temporary fence on request. The pool is completely private and for your own exclusive use. I may pass by occasionally to check the water levels of the pool. - Outside cooking? There is a grill table for portable or disposable bbqs and an outside dining area to enjoy summer evenings! - Road noise? It’s not heard at all at the back of the house and barely noticeable inside at the front. - Are there laundry facilities? Yes, there is a dedicated area with washing machine and tumble dryer for your own exclusive use. -Do you provide towels or toiletries? No, I don’t provide towels except for outdoor pool and hot tub towels. There is handsoap in each bathroom but please also bring your own shampoo etc.
