The space This self-contained space occupies the left-hand side of a larger country house and has its own entrance. There is ample parking available on the driveway. Inside, generous living spaces are paired with a fully equipped kitchen and open views across the surrounding farmland. The interiors are designed for comfort and easy socialising, with plenty of space to gather and switch off. The patio, heated swim spa, sauna and outdoor shower are for your exclusive use and create a calm outdoor space to enjoy throughout your stay. The patio area is private and screened by a tall wooden fence. The lawned area beyond is shared, and you may occasionally see other guests outdoors. A low fence runs between the lawned areas of the two properties. The setting is designed for a relaxed, considerate stay. Guest access You will have exclusive use of the accommodation and outdoor amenities throughout your stay. Access is via a smart lock on the front door, allowing secure and contact-free check-in. Complimentary parking is available directly outside, with space for multiple vehicles. Early check-in or late check-out may be available by prior arrangement. The property is in a rural location and is equipped with Starlink satellite internet, delivering excellent speeds - typically 250–350 Mbps. * Is it a house or part of a house? The space occupies the left-hand side of a large detached country house and enjoys uninterrupted views across open farmland. * Layout The space forms part of a larger home, with residents in a separate section. As with most properties, you may occasionally hear light footsteps or a door closing. The patio area is private and screened by a tall fence. The lawned area beyond is shared with guests staying in the neighbouring section, and you may occasionally see others outdoors. A low fence runs between the lawn areas of the two properties. The pool, sauna and outdoor shower are for your exclusive use. I may occasionally check and maintain the pool by prior arrangement. * Outside cooking? A grill table is provided for portable or disposable barbecues, along with an outdoor dining area ideal for summer evenings. * Road noise? The rear of the property is peaceful and shielded from the road. At the front, road noise is minimal and rarely noticeable indoors. * Are there laundry facilities? A dedicated laundry area with washing machine and tumble dryer is provided for your use. An iron and ironing board are also available. * Water pressure As the property is in a rural location, water pressure may be lower than in some urban homes, particularly if multiple showers are being used at the same time. * Do you provide towels or toiletries? Outdoor pool and sauna towels, along with bathrobes, are provided. Please note that standard bath towels are not included. Hand soap and a hand towel are supplied in each bathroom. Please bring your own personal toiletries such as shampoo and conditioner.
