Very beautiful apt in the middle of South Beach , two blocks away the famous Lincoln Road , its a very calm and quiet place , very clean place , basically we need nice guests who care and enjoy nicely the time in this apt , please please read more details behind .... The space This front beautiful 'LINCOLN ROAD APT # 4', its 460 Sqf, in the heart of South Beach, lower floor (just some steps up) very luminous, clean and quiet place to relax, Wiffi, one bedroom with 32’ smart tv and Netflix , with queen size bed with closet inside , full kitchen dinning and living room area, very comfortable with 60' tv with cable, this apt have inside laundry with washer and dryer , and all the basics products we need to clean and wash available, remodeling old Art Deco Building two blocks of Lincoln Road, shopping, stores, theatre, cinema, the best high class restaurants, very easy to walk, bike, Uber, Lyft, and free rides ... to go anywhere, five blocks away from Ocean Drive. Kitchen have courtesy capsule coffee machine, microwave, dishwasher, oven, stove, bread toaster,blender, refrigerator, round table with chairs, one sofa bed alternative with two twin size bed, filtered water jar, we do have courtesy instant coffee , te , sugar, sweetener , pop corn , oil , salt pepper, liquid soap , shampoo and conditioner, isospos , and first emergency aid kit etc..... Beds have cover mattress and pillows with water proof covers hypoallergenic, sheets, bed covers, blankets, throw blankets, decor pillows, digital safe , hangers, umbrellas, beach towels, full body mirror, welcome snack basket, full furniture's with drawers, shelves, luggage racks, electric extensions and USB port, 30' smart tv with Netflix. Bathroom have one small one medium one big towel per person, toilet paper, shower liquid soap, hand soap, cotton swabs, hair dryer, shampoo and conditioner, extension cord to hang/dry wet clothe, and hang rack for towels,robes or clothe . We don’t include parking , parking available on the street , check the signs to pay by phone app or on the street machines, in all the areas with 'ZONE" signs the parking will be free Monday to Friday from 7am to 6pm, and on others areas machines are free and doesn't accept payments from some am to some am hrs.( please be sure u read signs), couple blocks away are parking garage 24hrs in and out for around $20 per full day. Guest access Guest have access to full apt . Except couple private storage furnitures. During your stay I am available to receive any question by the airbnb app or txt msg or whatsapp. Other things to note RULES : -Please do not louse towels or robes, we count them and charge for them if they are missing: $10.00small, $15.00medium, $20.00large, $20beach towel, $40.00robe. -Please don’t use or introduce on this apt any type of extra bed to receive more guests. -Please do not clean shoes, luggage's or remove makeup with towels, they are only for dry body. -Please do not iron over beds, sheets , tables, couches , its iron board available inside closed. -Please use laundry from 10am to10pm. -Please let us know with time in advance if u want the sofa bed at the common area to be ready for u check in. -In this apt we have to be clean, quiet, its a very nice building and we do not accept parties or loud music its very important to respect neighbors. -ITS VERY IMPORTANT TO RETURN THE APT EXACTLY AS U FOUND IT AT THE CHECK IN TIME. -Please wash all dishes, dry and storage them back where u found them before u check out. -Please be sure u leave the apt clean, we charge for regular cleaning fee'' , but we have to receive the apt under the same conditions u receive it or extra cleaning fee of $50.00 US dollar will be applied. -Please leave all the trash, out side the building at the entrance on the big dumpster. -Please lets try to keep doors and windows close to void overheat and insects. -Please don't lose keys, $50.00 use dollar for each set key replacement will be applied. -Please don't lock u self out of the apt or $50.00 dollar will be applied from 6am to 12midnigh , if is from 12midnigth to 6am will be $100.00 dollar fee. -Please don't wash towels, pillows, blankets, sheets, if u need new ones we can deal replacement or depends how long its your booking we can provide made as a courtesy. -No pets. -No drugs. -No party's. -No guests sleep over with out authorization. -No smoking -Please check in 3pm please check out 11am -please contact us in advance to set up check in and check out, or extra fee of $50.00 US dollar will be applied in case guest want early check in , or late check out , also same fee will apply if after we deal with guest check in or check out time , they arrive late or they leave late , please contact us with time to set up u arriving time. -Please don’t burn incenses or candles -THIS IS VERY IMPORTANT: WE ASK FOR NAME,SEX,AGE,THE PROPOSE OF U VISIT FROM EACH GUEST AT THIS APT IN EACH RESERVATION, THEN WE REQUEST PIC ID AT THE CHECK IN TO VERIFY THE IDENTITY OF EACH ONE -WE ARE AVAILABLE CONSTANTLY IN NORMAL HRS TO RECEIVE QUESTIONS FROM GUESTS TKS again !!!!
