The property is 25 km from the center of Maceió in the Ipioca neighborhood/village, elected one of the best beaches on the coast of Alagoas. It is also a few minutes' drive from the famous beaches of Guaxuma, Carro Quebrado, Riacho Doce, Barra de Santo Antônio and Paripueira. It is approximately 1 hour from the popular Maragogi and São Miguel dos Milagres (north) and Francês and Gunga (south) beaches. Maceió's urban beaches are just 30 minutes away. The house is a great base for visiting the main beaches during the day or for spending the day without lifting a finger, by the pool!
