Relax & enjoy this 1873 space that is newly remodeled with updated features and design to bring out its original charm. Located in the heart of Bluffton right on Main Street. A 1 minute walk from restaurants/ shops, and 1/2 mile from Bluffton University. Located near I-75 and 20 minutes from Findlay, Lima, & Ada. This space offers 2 bedrooms with 1 king, 2 twins, & 2 pull-out couches. Fully stocked kitchen with washer/ dryer. On street parking. *Located on the second floor. The space The primary bedroom has 1 King bed, 1 sofa bed (size: full bed), dresser, and walk in closet. Pack-n-Play and ironing board/iron are available in the closet. TV is on a swivel wall mount with Sonos speaker (can control with sonos app through phone). The second bedroom has 2 twin beds. One on the main level and the second is in the loft, which is accessed by the ladder. Closet with shelving and a small desk. Both bedrooms have a phone charging station with cords. Extra blankets/pillows are in the closets. Pull-out couch can sleep 1-2 people. The fully stocked kitchen has a Keurig machine, electric water kettle, full set of pots/pans, utensils, wine/bourbon glasses, mixing bowls, etc. Keurig cups and tea bags are available for your use. Also, a booster chair for infants/toddlers. Living room has 1 sofa bed (size: full bed), TV, Sonos speaker, & desk. Apartment has high speed wifi, youtubetv, books, & lots of games to enjoy. If you'd like to sit outside, there is an alley right around the corner with picnic tables and string lights on at night. There is also a beautiful gazebo across the street in the church yard that is open to the public. There is plenty of on street parking in front of the building for parking during the day. You will need to park on a side street for nighttime parking-Vine St. & Church St. are located on both sides of the block. If you need a parking lot for a trailer or larger vehicles, those directions are listed below. Public Parking: There is public parking available in three primary locations. First, there is typically parking available on Main Street, or around the corner on Cherry Street. Second, there is a public parking lot catty corner to the back of the building (not large enough if you’re pulling a trailer). If you choose to utilize this lot, please pull onto Cherry Street heading Northwest. You will turn right at the first alley. The parking lot is on the other side of the alley from the Methodist Church. Lastly (or if you’re pulling a trailer), there is a large parking lot across the street and behind the Presbyterian Church. It stretches from Cherry Street (Presbyterian Church / Hardware Store) to Elm Street (Behind Town Hall) Guest access The whole apartment is yours to use. We have one closet by the bathroom that is for storage and locked at all times. Other things to note The apartment you will be staying in was built around 1873. The plaster was taken off the walls to expose the original brick. Look up and you will see the original wooden beams. The artwork through out was made out of old wall paper that was under the plaster walls. There is a lot of character in our space, and we have spent many hours to preserve and bring it back to its original beauty.
