Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. Cottages on the Point was launched in 2018 and offers timeless interior styling and stunning resort style outdoor views. The property features a seasonal (Mid-April to the end of October) 14,000 SF outdoor tiki bar with a shared saltwater pool with swim up bar, outdoor kitchen, and live music. The residences are adjacent to the tiki bar deck and include open layouts, terraces, and custom décor. The space Each cottage has a water view of historical Bennett’s Creek, a flat screen tv, Bose speaker, a generous open floor plan, blackout window treatments, luxurious king size bed, mini fridge, microwave, and Keurig. The oversized bathrooms feature a magnificent ensuite with double sinks and a grand stone and glass walk in rainfall shower as well as a secondary hand-held spray. Our cottages also offer a cozy reach in closet with rosewood hangers, walnut luggage rack, clothing iron, and ironing board. If that isn’t enough to hold your wardrobe, The Canvasback and Harlequin Cottages also offer a full bureau. The interiors are light and airy, boasting a natural theme that produces an island like elegant ambience, with exceptional comfort and serenity both indoors, and out, making even our off season an indulgent stay. Our cottages comfortably accommodate two adults maximum and are perfectly suited for a romantic cast away from home. We look forward to the opportunity to host you. Guest access These are private cottages with private entrances, a luxurious ensuite with plush towels, a small kitchen bar with mini fridge, microwave, Keurig, and a starter amount of complimentary coffee. The king size bed is top of the line with soft linens to pamper you while listening to your favorite music on the Bose sound system. A private patio that overlooks the beautiful Bennett's Creek, and a shared sky lounge. If you're lucky, our local pod of dolphins or family of otters will entertain you while you enjoy your view. Other things to note The Cottages on the Point is a part of Decoys Seafood Restaurant and the Bennett's Creek Marina. The restaurant is well known for its delicious dishes comprised of fresh local seafood in a casual atmosphere . Additionally, it boasts a seasonal 14,000sq ft. tiki bar, swim up pool bar, and live music on the weekends. The marina hosts 58 wet boat slips and can accommodate boats up to 120 ft in length with 30, 50 and 100 amp power available.
