Large and cozy house, 500 meters from the Center of the Village, by the street of the Matriz Church. Three bedrooms, one suite. Spacious living room, fast wi-fi connection, cable TV, balcony, equiped barbecue and other outdoor environments to relax and enjoy the stay. The space The house is situated in Vila neighborhood, a charming historic and turistic place. With sea sight (to São Sebastião's Canal), it's fully equiped, with a three car garage and plenty of nature on its surroundings. Guest access There are 3 rooms available: one double and two for 4 people each, one of them ideal for women, for being a suite. Besides the bathroom of the suite, the house has an extra bathroom, common to the two other rooms. Sheets will be provided, towels will be provided by the guest. A housekeeper and a maid will be at your disposal. Expenses with the cottier are included, however those of the cleaning lady will be treated separately. Other things to note The maid will be in charge of cleaning the rooms and the kitchen, when hired. Any other activity should be treated separately.
