Find yourselves nestled in this elegant cocoon in the heart of Mûr de Bretagne, a stone's throw from Lake Guerlédan. Equipped with all the amenities (fully equipped kitchen, flat-screen TV, Netflix, Wi-Fi...), find yourselves in the right place at the right time and enjoy a truly relaxing experience with the whirlpool bath. The apartment has been completely renovated and freshly decorated. An elegant apartment in the heart of the town. A 25m² studio. On the ground floor, you'll find a sitting area with a sofa and coffee table. A fully equipped kitchen with hob, microwave, bean-to-cup coffee machine, and all the utensils you need to cook. A dining area with a television. In the same room, you can relax in the whirlpool bath, which you can use as you wish to relax or enjoy as a couple, and which also allows you to shower. You have a washing machine for your laundry. The toilet is also on the ground floor. Upstairs, a very cozy mezzanine where you can spend a lovely night in a queen-size bed. We do not have any outdoor space to offer. Nor the possibility to securely store bicycles. The entire apartment is available for your use. You can contact us via the Airbnb app, SMS, or phone. In the heart of Central Brittany and Lake Guerlédan, the largest lake in Brittany, the apartment is ideally located if you want to spend a relaxing time in the heart of nature. The apartment is a short distance (2km) from the lake, at the starting point of Landroanec for example, so you can walk or cycle around Lake Guerlédan, which is a 25-mile hike, or simply go fishing, canoeing, jet skiing... An artificial beach is also located in Landroanec where you can relax in nature. Several restaurants, including a Michelin-starred one, are located very close to the apartment, as well as a caterer, a bakery, a bank, a hairdresser... (20m) Please note that the apartment is located at the foot of the summer market every Friday evening in July and August, as well as the weekly market every Friday evening under the market hall from 4 pm throughout the rest of the year. Free parking is located opposite the apartment entrance. A complimentary bottle of chilled champagne awaits you in the refrigerator upon arrival.
