A bright penthouse with a terrace

Welcome to Roquetas, and my flat. The place is well positioned with 7 minutes walk to the beach (you have a choice of 2) and a 10 minute walk to the port. Down the road you will find shops, bars and other leisure venues. This place comes with a large terrace where you can enjoy your meals during warm nights and sunny mornings. For your convenience, the flat comes with a fully equipped kitchen. Additionally there is a communal pool if you wish to cool down and relax. Free WiFi, projector, Aircon The space With two spacious bedrooms and a good size living area this flat is everything you may need. Recently refurbished bathroom, painted and furnished. The flat overlooks east -west and south-east, therefore it doesn't get too hot during summer. Beeing a top floor property allows the air to circulate and give much needed breeze during the hot summer nights. There is also central air conditioning. As mentioned before, please note that I do live here and you may find some personal items around. But the property is all yours for the length of your stay. The wardrobe by the entrance is out of use. Guest access All spaces can be used. Flat is rented as a whole. I will not be there during your stay. Other things to note Wardrobe by the entrance is out of use as it functions as a storage.
