Can be converted to bedroom status upon request from renters staying at least 2 months. The office is furnished with a writing desk and chair. This space can also be leveraged as a stretching and meditation space- yoga mat provided and sanitized between visits for your use! The kitchen has been remodeled and features all stainless steel appliances with a stove, microwave, fridge/freezer, separate drink fridge, coffee maker and toaster. The natural wood cabinets and white quartz countertops are so welcoming. Enjoy your mornings in this space with a cup of Joe! The living room boasts boho meets MCM vibes and features a television, couch and chair. Bookshelves are adorned with fun decor, a small book collection and card games! The bathroom is super quaint and features original 1950s tile throughout with modern touches. The garage space can be used to store your shoes (please remove shoes before coming inside) and can be used as a workout space or artist workshop. We are working to provide a few pieces of workout equipment in this space so check in with us at time of booking to see what’s new! The covered patio has seating and overlooks a serene backyard. Perfect for bird watching and enjoying your morning coffee. The yard is fenced in and sits on 1/2 acre. The driveway is private and has space for up to two vehicles during your stay. Laundry and basement storage is only available for rentals 1+ months. Guest access Guests have access to the main level of the home. The basement is not accessible for guests- laundry and basement storage is only available for guests staying 1+ months. Other things to note Dogs must be potty trained and pre-approved prior to booking. There is a pet fee. Please message us! This is an extremely strict NO smoking or vaping AirBNB. This applies to the entire property- indoor and outdoor. There is a $175 fee assessed in all instances.
