Modern 3-story family home in a quiet residential area, only 2 km from Hamar city center. Start the day with sunshine and morning coffee on the south-facing terrace, and round off the evening with bubbles under the stars in the jacuzzi. In the fenced garden you will find a fire pit, trampoline, sandbox, playroom and games. Taste the summer with fresh berries and vegetables from the kitchen garden. Here you will find a relaxing stay in a home with all amenities. Everything Hamar has to offer is within easy reach. The space Rented to responsible adults. No parties allowed on the property. The house is great for solo travelers, couples, companies and is great for families with children. Here there is plenty of room for an entire family or two. The house has four bedrooms, with a total of 7 regular beds and with the possibility of an extra mattress. Here you come to ready-made beds and access to towels. If the dates you want to rent are not available for booking, you can send us a message. Maybe we'll find a solution anyway. The outdoor area is camera monitored for safety concerns. The house is connected to the fire and alarm company Verisure. At the house there is an electric car charger that can be used if needed. You only pay for what you have used electricity for charging (about 10€ for a full charge through the night). Settlement for this will come after the lease. The entire yard is fenced and is freely used by our guests. Here there is an outdoor sofa, sun loungers and barbecue at your disposal. The city bus stops just above the house, departing about two times an hour. Free parking for car outside the house for 5 cars. Other things to note We live with a dog and a cat. The dog is not at home, but the cat is. He is mostly outdoors, but can enter himself through the cat flap in the front door, and requires nothing of you renting from us. We allow guests to have with their four-legged friends. Access to food bowls and cages.
