Our accommodation is in the heart of the neighborhood, close to supermarkets, bakery, ice cream parlor, pharmacies, banks, shopping, restaurants and bars. Distance from the city center: 4.8 km Verdemar Supermarket: 850 meters Super Nosso Supermarket: 1.2 km Producers' Fair: 500 meters Drogaria Araujo: 500 meters Center Minas: 1.6 km The space The apartment has a full kitchen, laundry area, 2 living rooms, 1 bedroom with a double bed, 1 bedroom with a single bed, 1 en-suite bedroom with a double bed and air conditioning, 1 extra mattress. Kitchen items: - Two small pots - A frying pan - Cutlery - Cups - Two wine glasses - Dishes - A stove - An electric mixer - Tray - Glasses - Electric coffee maker - Thermal bottle for coffee - Water filter (no cold water) - We DON'T have a pressure cooker NOTE 1: ITEMS MAY HAVE SIGNS OF USE. We only ask that you prevent them from relieving themselves in the common areas of the building (entrance, corridors and stairs). 🚫 People not registered in the reservation are not allowed to enter or stay.
