Charming guest house for sports lovers

Welcome to my unique location, a lovingly furnished old school building located in the middle of the stunning Mecklenburg Lake District. With its idyllic location right near the lake, the house offers not only a fantastic view of the surrounding nature, but also a unique atmosphere that promises peace and relaxation. The extensive grounds around the house offer enough space to be active. The space The spacious rooms of the house offer plenty of space to live and relax. The high ceilings and large windows create a bright and airy atmosphere, while the cozy furniture and stylish decor radiate comfort and coziness. Enjoy your meals in the spacious and fully equipped kitchen. It is an old school that has been taken over by me and my Rasenkracher soccer school since October 2023. During the holidays, great soccer camps are held there regularly. I am happy about guests who love spacious rooms, like to spend time in nature or are active in sports, but also about all others who are interested in this special location: clubs, school classes and companies. Whether you like to play soccer, hike, bike or just explore nature, there is something for everyone here. The village location provides a quiet and peaceful environment where you can escape the stress of everyday life and relax. Guest access You can choose between two double rooms with 2 single beds and four multi-bed rooms (10 beds each). In addition, a game room with billiards, table football, darts, PlayStation and a ping pong table with all the associated equipment is available during your stay. Other things to note ⚠️ - Bed linens and towels (fee €15.00 per person) - Bicycles for ladies and gentlemen (Rental €10.00 per day) - Children's bicycles (Rental €8.00 per day) - Soccer school training materials (Rental €50.00 per day) ⚠️ The showers are located in the gym next to the house and can be used daily from 8:00 am to 12:00 pm. ⚠️ The grounds have several soccer pitches. Important to know: The main and training pitch may not be used during the stay or only by prior arrangement. ✅ You can use the artificial turf pitch for free to train or play! ⚠️ During your stay, soccer training or games of the local soccer club can take place. Private celebrations in the community center opposite are also possible. You will not be alone on the premises for hours. ⚠️ On the ground floor, 3 rooms are used by the local club on Thursday and Friday (darts, yoga and dance). Possibly also during your stay for 90-120 minutes.
