A living room with TV. A master suite (140 x 190 bed, 240 x 260 duvet + 2 pillows) with ensuite shower room. A toilet. A garage. Upstairs: 3 bedrooms - Bedroom 1: one 140 x 190 bed, one duvet (220 x 240) and two pillows. - Bedroom 2: one 140 x 190 bed, one duvet (220 x 240) and two pillows. - Bedroom 3: one 90 x 190 bed, one duvet (140 x 200) and one pillow. A bathroom and an independent toilet. Outside: A garden with terrace and outdoor lounge. An electric barbecue is available. Several card games and books are offered to spend great moments as well as books and toys for toddlers. Linens and towels are not provided. No smoking in the house. No animals allowed. Guest access Access is via a private parking lot in front of the house, we determine together the check-in and check-out time. A playground is a five-minute walk away. Land Side You will be very close to the town of Josselin (medieval city and character), Gacilly (renowned for its photo festival and its artisans), Rochefort en terre (one of the most beautiful villages in France) and our beautiful forest of Brocéliande with its mythical golden tree and its round table. Sea Side Not far from the coast, you can reach the Morbihan golf course in less than 40 minutes (registered in the club of the most beautiful bays in the world), a popular destination for the beauty of its landscapes, not to mention the pretty town of Vannes.
