Stream your favorite music throughout the house and covered patios using the 24-speaker whole-home app-controlled digital audio system. Step outside into a private, enclosed yard featuring a covered outdoor kitchen, a large salt-water pool and spa, a gas fire pit, a turf field, lounge area, games and a pickleball / badminton / basketball sport court with a height-adjustable net and court lights for night-time play. Pool can be heated for an inital fee of $200 depending on season and temperature. It will be $150 per day thereafter. Please inquire for more information and let us know in advance if you'd us to heat the pool. As the day winds down, make a cocktail (BYOB) at the bar and ascend a spiral staircase to relax and take in the beautiful Arizona sunsets and the distant nighttime city lights from your seat on the rooftop deck. Have fun in the game room featuring foosball and an eight-sided game table perfect for board games, card games and bumper pool. The billiards table can be converted into a dinning upon prior request. When it's time to eat, prepare your meals in the large gourmet kitchen trimmed with cherry cabinets and Viking appliances. Eat at the bar or table overlooking the great room, outdoor patios and pool. The master suite is the perfect place to start and end your days. The bedroom features a gas fireplace, a king size bed set, and expansive outdoor views. Enter the Classic bathroom to find a garden tub, an oversized shower, two vanities, and the entryway into a large walk-in closet. Working from home? A private office accessed from the master bedroom is furnished with a desk, and bookcase. We have also made this room perfect for families. This room features a full sized day bed to keep family near. Two additional bedroom suites are furnished with queen bedroom sets and have their own private bathrooms and walk-in closets. The fourth bedroom has a queen bed set, a walk-in closet, and an adjacent bathroom that also exit's outside to the pool area. A 3-car garage, high speed internet, WiFi, streaming ability, ceiling fans, motorized window coverings, and a hot water recirculation system round out the amenities provided with this amazing property. Other things to note Pool will be serviced every Tuesday Please note that the pool can only be heated if the hot tub is off and vice versa. Our team takes great care to ensure the property remains in top condition for your stay. During your visit, you may encounter one of our maintenance staff performing tasks such as weekly pool maintenance, taking out the trash bins, landscape maintenance, or general upkeep outside. We strive to minimize any disruption and appreciate your understanding as we work to keep the property beautiful and fully functional. Please note you might notice occasional noise from the neighborhood or nearby roads. Guests may not set the A/C lower than 69°F. Due to the extreme Arizona heat, lowering the temperature beyond this point is not feasible and can cause the system to freeze or stop working properly. Keeping the thermostat at 69°F or higher helps ensure the A/C operates efficiently and keeps the home comfortable throughout your stay. Please note that only toilet paper should be flushed.
