Le Clos des Maix – renovated Lorraine farmhouse for 15 people

Welcome to Clos des Maix, an old family farmhouse renovated with the ambition that you feel at home there, for a few days. We rehabilitated it by striving to preserve the charm and character of the house while making it the most convenient and comfortable for a group stay. The space ​The house is entirely dedicated to you, as well as the exteriors. It offers 15 beds spread over 2 floors. You will find something to cook, play, read, listen to music, relax, walk... In short, you will recharge and enjoy yourselves! On the ground floor, a large kitchen/dining room with its large mottled farm table, everything you need to cook and a small living room area, a bedroom with double bed 160 x 200 and its private bathroom with toilet, a dormitory with 4 single beds 90 x 200, a bathroom and a separate toilet. Upstairs, the attic: a large relaxation area with sofas, armchairs, board games, speakers, TV, etc. also including 2 single beds 90 x 200, separated from the common area by a curtain. On the other side of the stairs, in a quiet area, a bedroom with double bed 180 x 200, a suite with double bed 180 x 200 and its private bathroom, a triple bedroom with double bed 160 x 200 and single bed 90 x 200, 2 bathrooms with toilet and a library. A baby cot is also available and the rooms are spacious enough to accommodate umbrella beds. Outside, a pleasant vegetated courtyard and its large shed opening onto a garden of more than 3500 m2, vast playground overlooking the meadows and orchards. Other things to note We have taken care to select high-end bedding made in France, quality linens and towels and hygiene products that respect your body and the environment. Always in a responsible approach, the decoration was heathered as much as possible and we chose natural materials. Thank you for taking the utmost care. 180x200 beds can be split into 2 single beds 90x200 upon request. In addition, for the 160x200 beds we can provide you with 2 individual duvets instead of a large one. Feel free to share your wishes with us! No pets allowed indoors. To respect the neighborhood, music is not allowed outside after 11 p.m.
