Villa Perge is located on the Kaş Peninsula, build in 2023 it is brand new villa and equiped with all amneties you would need for your holiday, it is just a 10 minute drive from Kaş town center The space Villa Perge is located on Kas Peninsula, 10 minute drive from town center. Completed in 2023 the villa has a beautiful view of the Taurus mountain range and the Mediterranean sea, the villa is located in a quiet area, very close to Zaika, one of the very favorite restaurants in Kas (5 minutes walking distance) The layout of the 3 floor villa is: Entrance floor you have a fully equipped kitchen, general living area with an HD TV set and a half bathroom, you can access the pool area and terrace from this level. One floor up there is the master bedroom and another room, both have their en suit bathrooms, equipped with a/c, ceiling fans and queen size beds, both rooms have their own balconies. Master Bedroom is equipped with a hot tub. One floor down there are 3 rooms, one of them is locked which is being used as a storage area for the equipment, the other 2 rooms have both with en suit bathrooms, a/c systems and ceiling fans, one of the rooms is equipped with 2 single beds (can be combined to make a double bed on guest request) the other bedroom is equipped with a queen size bed, both rooms have an access to the garden. The pool size is 10x4 meters with a depth of 140cm We want all our guests to feel comfortable and safe during their stay. If you’re traveling with babies or young children, please note that our villa hasn’t been specifically designed with child safety in mind. There are features such as stairs, balconies, and other areas that may not be suitable for little ones. We kindly ask parents to take extra care and keep a close eye on their children throughout your visit.
