Guest access You'll have access to the entire upper two floors of the house with the exception of the garage. There is a lower/basement level which we (the owners) use on occasion. We have a separate, private entrance to our unit and only park on the street so, if we happen to be present, you are unlikely to even notice. Other things to note Per AirBNB User Agreement: If you want an early check-in or late check-out, you may incur a fee up to the cost of the next night's stay; this will be clearly communicated to you prior to setting up the check in/out change. This payment will be payable through AirBnB's system. No off-AirBnB payments will be accepted for your reservation placed on AirBnB.
