The space Welcome to your home in Uptown Parksuites Tower 2 — a bright, spacious 84 sqm 2BR condo with two bathrooms (including a relaxing bathtub) and a private balcony overlooking the heart of BGC. Designed for comfort and practicality, this home is ideal for digital nomads, families, and long-term guests seeking both warmth and function. Every detail — from blackout blinds and plush linens to premium kitchenware and thoughtful bath essentials — is curated for comfort and ease. For longer stays, enjoy the convenience of an in-unit washer with laundry materials provided. Guests love our attention to detail, clean and cozy interiors, and commitment to exceptional hospitality. Whether you’re working remotely, settling in for an extended stay, or simply recharging, this is your calm and comforting escape in the middle of BGC’s vibrant energy. Guest access 🏊‍♂️ Pool Access (Free) • Available Tuesday to Friday, 8 AM – 10 PM Excluding holidays. • Weekends and holidays are exclusive for residents and unit owners. • Located on the 5th floor, Tower 1 • Guests can register up to three guests for pool use. Additional guest cost ₱300 per person. • Registration before usage at the front desk is required. • The pool is closed every Monday for maintenance, except when that Monday is a holiday. The schedule of maintenance will then take place the following day. Amenity Exclusive for Unit Owners/Residents: Function Hall Gym Business Centre Game Room Spa 🗑 Garbage Disposal Door-to-door collection: • 6:00 AM – 9:00 AM • 6:00 PM – 9:00 PM Do not leave garbage in hallways or common areas (strictly prohibited) For off-schedule disposal, drop garbage at Basement 5, MRF Room. 🚗 Parking Options In-building Pay Parking – a minimum of ₱500/night (limited availability; please inquire in advance) Alternative: Landers (beside the building) • ₱50 for the first 3 hours, ₱50/hour thereafter • Overnight (9 PM – 6 AM): ₱2,500 fixed • Rates subject to change; host not liable for parking concerns 🧹 Extra Cleaning • Available upon request; please inform us in advance • Fee: ₱1,200 (covers labor, laundry, linens, and towels replacement) 👥 Guest Policy • Rate covers up to 4 guests • ₱2,000/night for each additional guest (max: 5 guests) • Sofa bed setup available only for bookings with more than 4 guests 🛏 Sleeping Arrangements Master Bedroom: Queen bed (2 guests) Second Bedroom: Single bed (1 guest) Sofa Bed: Full bed (2 guests) Other things to note 🪪 Guest Pass & Check-In Requirements ID Submission • All guests must submit a valid ID at least one day before arrival for admin approval. • This is a building requirement — no approved guest pass, no entry. • Late submission may delay your check-in. Upon Arrival • Present a valid ID at the lobby front desk. • You’ll need to scan a QR code and complete a short guest form before entry. Visitor Policy • Visitors are allowed 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM only. • Maximum total occupancy (including visitors): 4 persons. ⏰ Check-In & Check-Out • Self check-in/out via a smart lock. • Full instructions sent one day before arrival. Early Check-In / Late Check-Out (subject to approval & fees) • First 2 hours: ₱2,000 • Beyond 2 hours: Full nightly rate To guarantee, book the night before (early check-in) or following night (late check-out). 🏡 House Rules We trust you’ll treat our home with care — please use appliances, furniture, and fixtures responsibly.
