The space We are located directly across from Babes Beach and just minutes away from the historic Strand District, Pleasure Pier, Moody Gardens, Schlitterbahn, and dozens of restaurants and cafes. Full renovation complete in 2024!!! Two bedrooms and two full bathrooms as well as a fully equipped kitchen and 3 smart tvs! Huge private balcony directly facing the ocean. Large pool and hot tub with ocean view shared with other guests. Guest access - 2 bedrooms: king bed, queen bed - 2 full bathrooms - 1 queen pull out sofa - public pool - public hot tub - Free parking for 1 vehicle -tennis court/pickle ball court Other things to note ATTENTION: We are located on Seawall Blvd. There is traffic noise on the balcony. We only have parking for one vehicle. If you need to bring multiple vehicles there is parking across the street on the seawall. Seawall parking rules change frequently. Please go to galvestontx. gov to make sure you can park overnight. We can only guarantee one spot, extra parking is left to the guest to find. This is in a condominium. Other guests share the pool. The condo itself is entirely private but please understand this is a first floor unit and there are people above you so you may hear your neighbors. ELEVATOR: This condo is on the first floor. To be clear there is the ground floor, then the first then the second then third. 17 steps to be exact. There is an elevator, however there have been times when the elevator is out of service. We will always do our best to try and inform the guests if the elevator is not working but unfortunately there will be times we are unaware. Please do not book this condo if not having an elevator is an issue. We do not want any guests to not be able to access the condo. The pool is for guests use. However this is a condo and there are times when the pool must be closed due to maintenance/ Chemical/ weather issues. The pool is also legally required to close during any sign of lightning. While these issues are rare unfortunately they are out of our control and so If any of these issues arise during your stay we will update you immediately but you will not be reimbursed PEST CONTROL: Because our property is part of a condominium we have mandatory quarterly pest control. This process is very quick, you do not have to leave the condo if you do not wish to and you also do not need to be present as management has a key for entry. Please understand that this may occur during your stay. We will almost always be able to give you a heads up if this will be taking place during your reservation, however there may be times that we are unaware. They will always knock first before entering. *Due to this being a condominium there is always the potential for random and planned renovations, maintenance and or construction that are out of our control. Please ask us if you have any concerns or questions. Thank you. *Please be aware that Galveston Island can be prone to occasional power interruptions.
