This is a small house on Tokunoshima, an outlying island of Amami, where you can meet the sea that stretches endlessly just a few steps from the terrace. This inn, located at the end of a single road along the sea, is a very quiet place with nothing but a spacious garden with tropical trees and a view of the sea. The scenic garden is home to dragonflies and cicadas, giving you a sense of the island's relaxed atmosphere. From the deck terrace in the backyard, there is a beautiful beach that you can enjoy privately. Because there is nothing around this inn, relaxing without doing anything is the most luxurious way to spend time. Wake up to the sound of birds, have a coffee on the terrace, or enjoy a leisurely stroll on the sandy beach. The kitchen is well stocked with seasonings, cookware, and tableware, so we recommend buying ingredients on the island and cooking for yourself. Sea turtles also come to this sandy beach to lay their eggs from June to July, and from July to September you can see the baby sea turtles return to the sea. The space The building is a reproduction of an old Amami house, preserving as much of the traditional construction as possible. While preserving the charm of traditional architecture, we have set up a wifi environment and renovated the bathrooms, toilets and kitchens to be modern.
