Set amongst tea trees and mallee, this updated home is surrounded by nature. The open plan kitchen and living area, extends on to the spacious deck where you can relax and unwind overlooking the native bush. With three spacious bedrooms, a laundry and bathroom, you have everything you need to relax and enjoy, especially with a nice strong coffee from the pod machine. Secluded from the coastal winds it's the perfect location to visit with family and friends, just minutes from the beach. The space The home has an open living area along the north facing side of the property, with the master bedroom directly off of the kitchen. The other two bedrooms sit at the back of the house, separated by the laundry and bathroom. The house is relatively small in size but the living area is spacious and opens on to the large deck with an out door setting. The bedrooms are furnished with queen size beds and two single beds. Guest access The guests will have private parking and can fit two vehicles there, which is directly in front of the house. A short path takes you uphill to the deck and house.
