Direct access. The space We are Located off the road on 17 acres. There is roughly 1000 open acres behind our house before you would hit a road or such. This is a carriage house. House over Garage in other words. It is on the same property as our current residence. Tons of Privacy. The House you are staying in is all custom and hand built by me. It is a very beautiful and Unique space. Fully Furnished and Brand New as of 2/21/24. There is a bedroom with a queen size bed and another Loft Bedroom with a queen size bed. Full Bathroom with washer machine. Complete Chefs Kitchen including nice cookware and Cutlery. Also a 5 burner 36" gas range with center burner for a Wok. Dinnerware and service ware for 4. Traditional drip coffee maker. Guest access The entire Carriage house is yours. The garage below is off limits and is a separate door and access. Nobody will be in and out of the garage while guests are on site. The 17 acres is yours to explore along with the 1000 acres behind the house leading to streams and ledges. You will have plenty of parking. Other things to note There is access to endless mountain Biking around us and Hiking trails. Wolcott now has it's own network of Mountain bike trails as well. We are very close to Stowe and the Northeast Kingdom. Home of Kingdom Trails. We are on the edge of the Northeast Kingdom so outdoor activities abound. There is also access to privately led, moto single track tours up to 90 miles in a day of genuine single track. We are located next to the Famous Green River Reservoir. Perfectly centrally located to the best Vermont has to offer. Snowmobile trail at the bottom of driveway. Rail Trail at the bottom of driveway as well. The rail trail spans from St Albans to Saint Johnsbury. It is for walking and cycling. No motorized use. We are somewhat in the middle of the span. Caspian Lake is nearby. The Lamoille River is also at the bottom of the driveway with parking for fishing, canoes, and kayaks. The Fly Rod shop out of Stowe regularly takes folks fly fishing at the spot at bottom of our driveway.
