Upstairs: king-bed bedroom; queen-bed bedroom; bathroom w/ tub, reading area. (Downstairs sofa also comfortably sleeps 1). Other things to note Our water is supplied by a well so guests need to be mindful of how many faucets are in use at once. For code reasons, the attic/loft space is not accessible to guests.
