The main level features an open concept design with lake views from fully equipped kitchen (quartz countertops, stainless appliances and double oven with gas cooktop), dining area and living area. A queen bedroom is located off the living area with pocket door access to full bath. Sectional sofa features a queen pull out. Outside features a large, flat fenced-in yard with Weber gas grill, picnic table and adirondack chairs around a fire pit. Sandy beach area with stairs into the lake is a great spot for kids to play. Private dock, two kayaks, two paddle boards, life jackets (adult and children) and beach toys available for use May 1 through October 31. The house is conveniently located between North Windham and Naples. - 15 min to restaurants, grocery store, mini golf, etc. - 45 min to Downtown Portland - 50 min to LL Bean and Freeport Outlets Visiting in the winter? House is fully winterized with propane heat, regular plowing, standby generator, and wood stove insert. Ski mountains in the area include Pleasant Mountain (30 min) and Sunday River (1 hour). Guest access Guests have full access to the house, minus the owner's closet and shed. Other things to note 7-day rentals only for June through August. Minimum 3-day rentals during other months. Fireworks are NOT permitted on our property at any time.
