This private, newly renovated lower level studio is bright, clean, and thoughtfully designed with comfy furnishings and a modern feel. You will have convenient amenities such as a Keurig coffee maker, microwave, and small fridge/freezer for light meals. For entertainment, enjoy board and card games, a selection of reading materials, and a 55" smart TV. The studio does not have its own thermostat, but we keep the home between 69 and 72°F at all times. If you are ever too warm or too cool, just message us through the Airbnb app and we will gladly adjust things for you. A space heater and floor fan are also available in the closet for your comfort. We live on the main level of the home, and because this is our primary residence, you may occasionally hear some noise from upstairs. We do our best to keep it minimal and kindly ask that you also be mindful of noise during your stay. Please note that our property is strictly smoke and drug free, including all outdoor areas. This includes cigarettes, marijuana, vaping, and any other substances. Guest access You will have the studio suite entirely to yourself, with a locked door separating the main level from the lower level for your privacy. For added convenience, the suite features a keyless entry, along with its own driveway and private entrance, so you can come and go as you please.
