Small gatherings ok, with a heads up. Alachua County Tourist Tax license 1071. The space It's a tropical paradise with lush vegetation, mature trees and a bird watcher's paradise! Plenty of citrus to pluck and enjoy in season (winter). We have plenty of room for boats & trailers. The public boat launch is about 2 miles away! Drive 5 minutes, launch and be on the lake in 15 minutes or less. Guest access Guests have access to the private suite, breezeway/laundry area, 2 acre property with firepits, double screened gazebo with BBQ and dining area. Small gatherings ok with prior heads up. Only registered guests overnight. Other things to note Melrose itself is a quaint little Victorian era lake town with a first Friday Art Walk, shops, restaurants, food trucks, farm stands/Farmer's markets, coffee shops, grocery stores and more!
