With plenty of parking and easy driveway access to both upper and lower-level bedrooms, unloading is a breeze. Inside, you'll find a clean, updated space with all the kitchen essentials—including a double oven, air fryer, Keurig, crockpot, and more. Expect epic sunrises, lake views from every window, and an easy pathway to the water. -------------------------------------------------- You will find two King size bedrooms upstairs attached to a jack and jill bathroom. All other bedrooms are downstairs where you will find a second living room with outdoor access. Please let us know if you have any questions! *Boaters- We have an exclusive partnership with the local Pontoon Boat Rental and Marine! When booking with us, you get a direct link to discounted rates and the convenience of boat drop-off and pickup! They offer half day, full day and multi day, where you keep the boat overnight and tie off at your own dock! You are also welcome to bring your own boat. Guest access Keypad Entry - you will be provided a code with check-in information the morning of your check in date. Other things to note Check in: After 3pm Check out: Before 10am *Quiet hours after 10pm. Additional things to note: 1. We offer a variety of life jacket sizes, but you may want to bring your own just in case we don't have the perfect size for your needs. 2. You will find plenty of float options in the dock house as well as 2 different size kiddie pools. 3. Several kayaks, paddle boards and pedal boat are available for your enjoyment, use at your own risk. 4. The dock house has a mini refrigerator. 5. There is a propane tank grill on the upper deck 6. You will want to drive into Roxboro or Danville for a full grocery shopping, but there is a Dollar General conveniently located about 5 minutes from the lake house as well as an ice stand. 7. Firewood is not provided but you are welcome to use the fire pit. 8. Sheets, towels, shampoo, conditioner and body wash are provided. 9.
