Whether relaxing on the porch swing, floating on the lake, or playing games in the yard, your family won't be bored at this lake house retreat! The space Pulling into the driveway you will immediately notice the gorgeous lake views in every direction. There is plenty of parking in our large loop around driveway. Guest can even pull right up to the lower level doors to conveniently bring luggage into the downstairs bedrooms. Our peaceful neighborhood makes our home one of the most private rentals on the lake. You have the cove on one side offering the perfect place for kids to explore on floats, kayaks or the pedal boat and the open lake water on the other side for convenient boating and adventure. The popular lake front Bouy's Bar and Grill, is a short boat ride or drive from the house. Expect to see epic sunrises in the morning, and gorgeous views from every window in the house. The home is clean, well maintained and updated. The kitchen has an air fryer, double oven, crockpot, toaster, Keurig/regular coffee maker, blender, dishwasher and plenty of dishes and utensils to make cooking at the lake house a breeze. You will find two King size bedrooms upstairs attached to a jack and jill bathroom. Downstairs there is a separate queen bedroom and a large room with a queen bed, twin bed and bunk bed with a twin over queen giving room for up to 12 guest. The downstairs also has it's own living room and outdoor access. When booking with us, you get a direct link to discounted rates and the convenience of boat drop-off and pickup! They offer half day, full day and multi day, where you keep the boat overnight and tie off at your own dock! You are also welcome to bring your own boat. Additional things to note: 1. We offer a variety of life jacket sizes, but you may want to bring your own just in case we don't have the perfect size for your needs. 2. You will find plenty of float options in the dock house as well as 2 different size kiddie pools. These can be filled with the hose in the yard by the walkway. 3. Several kayaks, a paddle board and pedal boat are provided for your enjoyment. 4. The dock house has its own full size refrigerator. 5. There is a propane tank grill on the upper deck 6. You will want to drive into Roxboro or Danville for a full grocery shopping, but there is a Dollar General conveniently located about 5 minutes from the lake house as well as an ice stand.
