Welcome to stay in this cozy 1930s house in beautiful Roslagen. The house is located a few minutes' walk to the swimming area, Roslagsleden, kayak rental, nature reserve and nice running trails. Just outside the property is a popular playground. A small guest house with 2 additional beds can be added to the reservation. Large garden and terrace. You can reach Norrtälje city center in 3 minutes by car or 15 minutes on foot. Close to Kapellskär and excursions to Åland. Unfortunately, the house cannot be booked for parties. The space A fully-equipped kitchen, dining area with four seats and a smart TV. One bathroom with shower, washer and dryer on the lower floor and a toilet upstairs. Two bedrooms, one of which has an extra large double bed (210x200) and the smaller bedroom has a 120 bed, as well as a spacious sofa in the living room. Bed linens and bath towels can be rented for SEK 100 per person. The house is to be left cleaned in the same condition as when you arrived. If you would rather add cleaning to your booking, that is fine, price SEK 800. The smallest cottage on the property is equipped with a 180 bed, which can be added to the booking for SEK 300/night if desired. The medium-sized guest house on the property may be rented to other companies. The entrance to the main building is upstairs.
