My home is new, well cared for and equipped to enjoy a good rest. It is located in the noble area of Campeche. you have several nearby services and shops such as restaurants, bars, supermarkets, pharmacies and Health Post. You will be well received and will be surprised to know the environment. In quiet street and close to beach and services. The house has views of mountains and sunset and has ample patio for your leisure and rest! The space The house has 3 bedrooms, two with double beds and one with two single beds and fans in all the rooms. It has two bathrooms, giving access to all dependencies. It has a microwave, toaster, barbecue, washing machine and all necessary pantry and kitchen utensils. It has cable TV, wifi, alarm system, covered garage, sleeps two cars, automatic gate and a beautiful view. Balcony with hammocks and lazy chairs. The house is on a high ground, fully walled, it is well ventilated and the street is very quiet. Great for a vacation The beach is close by, 10min walk on a beautiful trail in the middle of a small lagoon and sand dunes. Campeche beach is one of the cleanest on Florianópolis Island and is perfect for water sports like surfing, standup padle, kitesurfing. It has buses from downtown to the TIRIO terminal with connection to Campeche and beaches near the south of the Island.
