My house is new, well cared for and equipped to enjoy a good rest. It is located in the prime area of Campeche. The space The house has 3 bedrooms, two with double beds and one with two single beds and fans in all bedrooms. It has two bathrooms, giving access to all the rooms. It has a microwave, toaster, barbecue, washing machine and all necessary kitchen and pantry utensils. It has cable TV, wifi, alarm system, covered garage, accommodates two cars, automatic gate and a beautiful view. Balcony with hammocks and lazy chairs. We offer clean and fragrant sheets and towels and provide full support for tourist information on the island. The house is on high ground, fully walled, well ventilated and the street is very quiet. Great for enjoying the holidays The beach is nearby, a 10-minute walk on a beautiful trail amidst a small lagoon and sand dunes. There are supermarkets, a bakery, bars, restaurants, and pharmacies very close by, and you can do everything on foot. Guests have a great reception, receive a toast on arrival, and I am available for any information and assistance needed for a good season as I live near the house. Campeche Beach is one of the cleanest on Florianópolis Island and is perfect for water sports such as surfing, standup paddleboarding, and kitesurfing. Very close to the beach is Campeche Island, listed by the Historical Heritage, with a white sand beach, trails where you can see rock inscriptions and also great for diving. There are buses from downtown to the TIRIO terminal with connections to Campeche and nearby beaches in the south of the island. Guest access Guests can hike, visit Campeche Island, a World Heritage Site with trails that lead to rock inscriptions. Beautiful sunset that can be seen from the balcony of the house.
