Welcome to Oaxaca, a place with a lot to visit. You will stay in a house designed for you - A private place close to downtown, with a nice garden, no noise, quiet and safe. With vehicle access and close to public transportation, shops, places, stories and more, just read below… The space Oaxaca in a House, that's what we've called it for everything you'll find here, with staying in the house you'll tour the 8 regions of Oaxaca only with the details installed throughout the house; crafts, embroidery and accessories from all over the state will accompany you. THE BUILDING A small house with 6 bedrooms, garden, terrace and kitchen, which is exclusively for guests and their rest. You will climb TWO FLIGHTS of stairs (approx. 16 steps). The building is located on a street with little vehicle traffic. A space with new furniture, very clean, full of light. THE ROOM It has a large double bed, a comfortable mattress*, pillows and blankets for those colder days. It has a TV screen, hair dryer, steam iron and at least one bedside table, a dresser or closet and coat racks, all to store and accommodate your belongings. The room has a large window that will let in a lot of light if you wish. BATHROOM Shower, toilet, sink and mirror in each bathroom. The hot and cold water pressure is efficient and we provide everything you need: shampoo, conditioner, bath gel, toilet paper and towels. CLEANING Make yourself at home. We do not charge a cleaning fee as we prefer to give you the option to save money and clean for yourself. The dishes we use, the kitchen crumbs, wiping down the shower. If you prefer not to do these things, a cleaning person can come and clean during your visit, the fee is $85 per room if you agree in advance. Guest access In addition to the privacy of your room, we have common areas for guests. KITCHEN You will find a dining table, pots/pans, dinnerware, glassware, a coffee machine and COFFEE INCLUDED (Oaxacan of course), a blender, a refrigerator with freezer, cooking utensils, cutting boards, knives, etc. Also supplies such as salt, sugar and oil, as well as soap for washing utensils. PATIO/TERRACE Right in the middle of the garden you will find an antique aluminum table and chairs, where you can enjoy your cup of coffee and breakfast. *IMPORTANT: This is the smoking area During your stay Of course, ask us as many questions as you would like about what to see and do in Oaxaca (We love to talk about that!) Other things to note The house has 6 bedrooms, each with a full bathroom, with capacity for two people or more, kitchen and terrace as a common area. With this booking option, 1 room would be booked.
